CREDENTIAL REPORTS

Credential reports are used to view all or some of the Credential Information from a unit.

To Create a Credential Report:

1. From the main menu select Reports >> Credential

Report or from the tool bar click the REPORTS icon

and select “Credential Search Criteria” window.

2. From the drop-down menu under “Field Name” select

which fields you would like Versa XS to filter for.

NOTE: If left black ALL credentials will be available in the “Credential Report” window.

3. Click OK.

4. This will open the “Credential Report” window. This spread sheet can then be exported to .txt. or .exl format.

NOTES:

• To delete a single credential first select a row and from the main menu select Edit >> Delete.

• To delete multiple credentials first select a starting row, then hold the <Shift> key and select an ending row. The

multiple rows are highlighted, then from the main menu select Edit >> Delete.

• You may ONLY delete unassigned credentials.

TENANT REPORT

Tenant reports are used to view tenant information that may have been removed or updated.

To Create a Tenant report:

1. From the main menu select Reports >> Tenant

Report or from the tool bar click the REPORTS icon

and select Tenant Report from the drop-down menu.

This will open the “Tenant Search Criteria” window.

2. From the drop-down menu under “Field Name” select

which fields you would like Versa XS to filter for.

NOTE: If left black ALL tenants will be available in the

“Tenant Report” window.

3. Click OK to save changes.

This will open the “Tenant Report” window. This spread sheet can be exported to various formats, see Exporting

Reports on page 24 of the Versa XS Advanced Programming Manual located on the Versa XS CD.

NOTE: See Preferences, Grid Customization on page 31 for more information over Tenant Reports.
